Former Sonics owner Shultz drops lawsuit
The former owners of Oklahoma City's NBA basketball team have dropped their Seattle federal court lawsuit aimed at voiding the team's 2006 sale and moving the team back to Seattle.
"We are pleased to now be able to move on,” Clay Bennett , chairman of NBA OKC, said in a news release late Friday. "We look forward to an exciting future of NBA basketball in Oklahoma City.”
