Fort Sill soldier convicted of sexually assaulting fellow soldier

Despite vows by military leaders to eliminate sexual assault in the ranks, the issue continues to be a problem at Oklahoma’s largest military installation. As in many such cases, this one involved two soldiers and intoxication.
