BETHANY -- Police raided a massage parlor late Wednesday and arrested four women on prostitution-related complaints.

Infinity Spa and Wellness, 7941 NW 23, had been under investigation since August, Bethany police Maj. Phil Cole said.

Arrested on Wednesday was the owner and operator, Debra Elaine Coulter, 50, of Oklahoma City. Coulter was jailed on a complaint of maintaining a house of prostitution within 1,000 feet of a school and a church.

Cole said Coulter has prior arrests at a Warr Acres massage parlor.

Also arrested were employees Sarah Ann Martin, 20, and Cara Christina O'Neill, 24, both of Oklahoma City, and Andra Jo Williams, 29, of Warr Acres.

O'Neill was arrested on a complaint of engaging in prostitution. Cole accused O'Neill of having responded to an undercover officer's request for sexual services.
