Four die in three separate Oklahoma accidents

Four people died in three separate accidents Monday and Tuesday, the Oklahoma Highway Patrol reported.

Four people died in three separate accidents Monday and Tuesday, the Oklahoma Highway Patrol reported.

Cynthia Webb, 51, of Drumright

About 3 p.m. Monday, Webb was trying to enter State Highway 33 from Oak Grove Road about 5 miles east of Cushing. She failed to yield and collided with a vehicle driving east on SH 33, troopers said.

Webb was flown to a Tulsa hospital where she died. The driver of the other vehicle was not injured, troopers said.

Unnamed person

About 3 a.m. Tuesday, a pickup being driven northbound on Interstate 35 near Davis departed the roadway and caught fire, troopers said.

The driver, who was not identified Tuesday, died at the scene and was wearing a seat belt, troopers said.

Joshua Oglesby, 22, of Hephzibah, Ga., and Trevor F. Flum, 36, of Shelbyville, Tenn.

About 9:45 a.m. Tuesday, pedestrians Oglesby and Flum died at the scene of an accident along the H.E. Bailey Turnpike in Grady County, troopers said.

Troopers are still investigating how the accident occurred.
