Oklahoman Published: March 14, 2013
A Fox affiliate in Connecticut has issued an apology after airing b-roll of female breasts to illustrate a morning news report on a “Women’s Day” event, according to Gawker.

The station sent out a tweet Wednesday morning in reference to the footage.

The Hartford Courant also reports that later in the day the station released a statement of apology.

"The video should never have aired," the company said in a statement. "FOX CT will publicly apologize on today's newscasts, as well as through our social media platforms. We are also implementing procedures to keep this from happening in the future."
