Joe Buck and Tim McCarver will call their record 14th World Series together for Fox, beginning with coverage of Game 1 at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday. McCarver, who has broadcast 22 World Series, missed the first two games of the American League Championship Series after undergoing a heart procedure. Ken Rosenthal will serve as field reporter. Chris Rose will host pregame coverage with analysts Eric Karros and A.J. Pierzynski, the White Sox catcher.

Eric Karros: I'm not seeing a lot of offense the next couple of nights in St. Louis just for no other reason than the weather. If I'm pitching, some guys are getting it on their hands.
Tim McCarver: I think (C.J.) Wilson will rebound and have a good game (Wednesday) night. I think (Chris) Carpenter will have a good game. You may see a bit of a change (Wednesday) night. I don't see anything changing, particularly when you go back to Texas.
