Free computer classes set in Norman, Moore

The Norman and Moore public libraries have announced their computer class schedules for March.

The Norman and Moore public libraries have announced their schedules of free computer classes for March. Classes are free, but registration is required.

To register for the Norman classes, call 701-2697. To register for the Moore classes, call 793-4349. People also may register online by going to www.justsoyouknow.us/norman or www.justsoyouknow.us/moore.

Norman's classes include:

Really basic personal computing, 1 to 3 p.m. Monday.

Computer basics, 1 to 3 p.m. Tuesday.

Basic Windows 7 (two-part class), 1 to 3 p.m. March 7-8.

Basic word processing (four-part class), 1 to 3 p.m. March 11, 12, 14 and 15.

Introduction to Microsoft Excel (four-part class), 1 to 3 p.m. March 25-28.

Ancestry Library for Beginners, 2:30 to 4:30 p.m. March 13.

Internet 1, 10 a.m. to noon March 15.

Email basics, 1 to 3 p.m. March 18.

Fight the Technology Bad Guys and Win, 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. March 26.

Beginning Digital Photography, 10 a.m. to noon March 30.

Moore's classes are:

Computer basics, 9:30 a.m. Tuesday.

Email basics, 9:30 a.m. March 8.

Advanced email, 9:30 a.m. March 12.

Basic Microsoft Publisher, 9:30 a.m. March 15.

Basic Microsoft Word, 9:30 a.m. March 19.

Pinterest for beginners, 6:30 p.m. March 21.

Intermediate Microsoft Word, 9:30 March 26.

Facebook for beginners, 9:30 a.m. March 29.
