Free fishing clinics for kids, teens scheduled at city parks
A series of free fishing clinics for children and teens are scheduled in August at parks around the city.
The clinics are sponsored by the Oklahoma City Parks and Recreation Department and the Oklahoma City Police Athletic League .
Poles, tackle and bait will be provided for attendees. Classes are 8 to 10 a.m. at the following locations:
•Aug. 9 at Metro Tech Springlake, NE 36 and Springlake Drive.
