Fuel spill in downtown Oklahoma City causes traffic problems
Firefighters have responded to a fuel spill at Harvey and Park Avenues in downtown Oklahoma City .
Hazardous materials crews report a spill a block long, according to fire department radio reports.
Police have been requested to provide traffic control.
Crews are expected to continue working on the spill until about 11 a.m.
