Charles H. Sanders, 36, a 2010 Oklahoma parole violator, and a woman who was with him were arrested. Her name is Rhonda Sharrock, 34, , said Betsy Randolph, Oklahoma Highway Patrol spokeswoman. Sharrock was wanted on outstanding state warrants, Randolph said. Sanders had served time in prison on a methamphetamine trafficking conviction. Sharrock was wanted on a warrant from Comanche County on a possession of controlled substance conviction motion to revoke her one-year suspended sentence, Oklahoma Supreme Court Network records show.
Sanders had failed to report to his parole officer in 2010, said Jerry Massie, Oklahoma Department of Corrections spokesman.
Oklahoma City police assisted Oklahoma Highway Patrol troopers in the arrests.
