Fundraiser planned for talent contest competitor from Oklahoma City

An Oklahoma City-area girl, Felicity Renee Niwa, 5, is headed to a national competition for her dancing talent.

A fundraiser is set for Wednesday at Texas Roadhouse, 1109 E Interstate 240 Service Road, to help an Oklahoma City girl advance to a national talent competition. Felicity Renee Niwa, 5, is the 2012 Diamond Miss State Talent Queen, winning for her dancing talent. She is a student at Top Hat Talent Studio in Oklahoma City. A student in Moore Public Schools, she is the daughter of Daniel and Theary Niwa. Ten percent of food purchases between 4 and 10 p.m. will go toward the fundraiser. Free face painting and balloon characters will be offered.
