David and Susan Guilford of Langley, the former owners of Guilford- Thomas Funeral Homes in Miami, Commerce and Afton, are accused of taking prepaid funeral plans from about 125 individuals.

Wyant said the Guilfords making restitution will go a long way in deciding whether to file charges.

David Guilford lost his license and was fined $10,500 by the Oklahoma Funeral Board in August. Nearly $200,000 was reported missing from prepaid burial policies.
