DILL CITY — Funeral services have been set for a Washita County undersheriff and a Burns Flat police officer who were killed during a high-speed pursuit Thursday, Oklahoma Highway Patrol officials announced.

A service for Washita County Undersheriff Brian Beck will be at 10:30 a.m. at First Baptist Church of Elk City, located at 1600 W. Country Club Blvd. in Elk City.

A funeral for Burns Flat police officer Kristian Willhight will be held at 2:30 p.m. Tuesday at First Baptist Church of Elk City.

Willhight, 36, and Beck, 39, were chasing Quentin Lee Johnson, 27, of Sentinel, when their vehicles crashed into each other in a rural intersection south of Dill City.

Johnson was killed in a separate crash minutes earlier when he drove his vehicle off the road and into an embankment.
