•Neftali Feliz, P, Frisco (Double-A): The 19-year-old Feliz was promoted to Frisco earlier this month. In two starts, he's pitched 11 innings with a 4.09 ERA and nine strikeouts. Feliz may not make it to Oklahoma this year, but his 100-mph fastball potential, and youth, make him a player worth watching.

•Derek Holland, P, Bakersfield (Advanced-A): Holland earned a promotion to Frisco on Saturday thanks to a 7-0 record and 2.40 ERA with 91 strikeouts over 93 2/3 innings. Holland wasn't rated a top 20 prospect in the Rangers organization before the season, but he's out-pitching some prospects that were.

•Christian Santana, C/OF, Clinton (Single-A): The 18-year-old began the season on the DL but is now playing regularly in the outfield, where he will likely remain.
