FRANKLIN DELANO ROOSEVELT FUNERAL / DEFENSE / WW II / WORLD WAR II / OKLAHOMA / TINKER AIR FORCE BASE:  ROOSEVELT FAREWELL - Several thousand enlisted men and officers formed a huge cross at the memorial services held at Tinker field Sunday morning for their former commander-in-chief, Franklin Delano Roosevelt.  Here the men lined in front of the headquarters building are saluting during the playing of the National Anthem.  Col. Leslie G. Mulzer, commanding officer, delivered the eulogy at the services.
