Charlotte Pemberton- Rhopp, 32, holds a childhood portrait of her son, Derek. She is wanting the Kay County District Attorney's office to bring criminal charges against her stepfather, who Pemberton-Rhopp says sexually abused her when she was a young girl. Pemberton-Rhopp insists the stepfather raped her 17 years ago and is the father of her son, Derek. Her stepfather denies the allegations. Pemberton-Rhopp was successful in forcing him to take a paternity test last year and the DNA results suggest there is a very strong indication he is the father of her son.
