24. JIM MORA, UCLA Jim Mora replaces Rick Neuheisel. Mora wasn't an awful NFL coach. He went 31-33 in four seasons with Atlanta and Seattle, plus he spent 21 years as an assistant coach. But Mora's only collegiate experience came as a graduate assistant at Washington in 1984. Does UCLA ever think about just hiring a good football coach instead of some kind of marketing splash?
