An Oklahoma County Sheriff's deputy leans over the bridge railing to look at partially submerged car in the ravine below. The body of a missing Kingfisher woman was found inside her vehicle lodged beneath a bridge in a heavily wooded area on Council Road about a quarter-mile south of NW 178 Street in Oklahoma City, relatives said.
Simon's granddaughter, Aaron Harbin, said Simon's 2004 Buick LeSabre was found upside down in a ravine Saturday morning, June 30, 2012. Searchers noticed her car about 10:30 a.m. as they were walking a two-mile grid along Council Road as part of a team of nearly 100 volunteers who looked for Simon or her car this morning. She was reported missing on June 20. Photo by Jim Beckel, The Oklahoman
