Irene Gianos, left, and Andy Dantes make saganaki, a Greek appetizer commonly referred to as flaming cheese. It is made with kasseri cheese. Dantes gives a bottle of Greek spirits to Gianos after sprinkled some of it onto the pan and ignited the cheese. Gianos and Dantes are long-time members of St. George Church. Members of St. George's Greek Orthodox Church and community volunteers are sponsoring this years Greek Festival of Oklahoma City.
