Guests were offered a variety of designs to have painted on their faces by artist Lisa Powers. Residents of Moore were invited to celebrate the Mexican tradition of honoring deceased loved ones at the Moore Public Library's Day of the Dead Culture Festival on Saturday, Oct. 27, 2012.
