Jim and his wife, Kari, were accompanied by their three children, Dylan, Jake and Carly. Kari Scheihing said they would celebrate the Christmas holiday as a family in their home later in the day. It was Kellar's first time to volunteer, too. Hundreds were served a traditional Christmas meal at the annual Red Andrews Dinner inside the Cox Convention Center on Christmas Day, Dec. 25, 2012. An army of volunteers showed up despite snow and ice and hazardous driving conditions. They accompanied each guest through the serving line and carried their trays and seated them at their tables. Other volunteers distributed a small mountain of toys and stuffed animals that were donated for the event. Photo by Jim Beckel, The Oklahoman
