Glendon Carl Gouker of Prague, charged in the 2010 killing a 19-year-old man and cramming the victim's body into an oil drum, accepted a deal offered by Pottawatomie County District Attorney Richard Smothermon and agreed to plead guilty to the murder of Ethan James Walton and to additional charges of rape, kidnapping, possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony and possession of a controlled drug with intent to distribute. Gouker admitted to killing Waltonwho was 19 at the time and sexually assaulting the victim's 20 year-old girlfriend. He appeared in court in Shawnee on Thursday morning, Aug. 15, 2013.
