Ingalls Hotel in the Payne County ghost town of Ingalls. Site of a deadly gunfight between U.S. Marshals and the Doolin-Dalton gang in 1893. Three U.S. Marshals, two bystanders and ten horses were killed. Only outlaw captured was "Arkansas" Tom Jones when Deputy Jim Masterson (Bat Masterson's brother) threw a stick of dynamite into his room. Photo by Lindell Dillon
