Inmate Michael Lee takes a break from work in the garden. The Oklahoma County Sheriff's Office has started the groundwork for a garden project that involves inmate labor. Sheriff John Whetsel said county jail inmates will tend the garden which is behind the department's substation at SE 29 and Midwest Blvd. in Midwest City.
