Searchable database memorializes terrorism victims - Article Photos 2/2

Memorial Institute for the Prevention of Terrorism (MIPT) has recently launched a searchable database of terrorism victims for the public to view at The database includes more than 4,000 cross-stitched squares bearing the names of Americans killed in acts of terrorism, and each square, serving as a memorial, can be viewed up-close. Terrorist events included in the database are the Oklahoma City bombing, incidents of September 11, 2001, as well as the bombing of the Beirut barracks. Events cover the timeframe from 1970 to 2005.
