Brendon Terrell Jackson, 19, turned himself in at Oklahoma County jail on Monday, July 23, Oklahoma City police said. Jackson was arrested in connection with the shooting death of 15-year-old Richard Morales, who was gunned down as he walked with friends along a street in Oklahoma City.
