Gov. Mary Fallin, left, offers a hug and supportive words to homeowners who lost their homes in the Luther wildfire. Fallin hugs Rebecca Kolar who was in tears as she spoke to the governor in front of her home at 908 S. Dogwood Street. At right is her husband, Douglas Kolar. The Kolars and their two children lived in their house for 13 years before flames razed it. Residents in Luther were allowed to return to the their homes early Saturday, Aug. 4, 2012, after they fled a rapidly moving wildfire yesterday that consumed at least seven structures on South Dogwood Street, leaving smoldering ashes where family homes once stood.
