Article Photos: FBI investigates whether Oklahoma City police violated man's civil rights 3/3

Family members of Robin Howard met with OKC Police Chief Bill Citty and was told the the FBI  will investigate  Howard's death, who died in police custody after being arrested.  The family described their meeting with the chief, saying he was "open and cooperative."
