Article Photos: Nichols Hills gets lots for Christmas 3/10

This photo from the May 12, 1975, issue of The Daily Oklahoman shows the stem walls for the first new home to be built on the grounds of the G.A. Nichols estate in Nichols Hills, marking the beginning of development of 20 home sites surrounding the mansion. The home was being built by James E. Ferguson for his brother-in-law, J.R.
