Bob Blackburn, executive director of the Oklahoma History Center, speaks Monday about a bison-hide Kiowa war tepee in the storage facility at the Oklahoma History Museum. The tepee sat for more than 80 years in storage before a curator stumbled across the artifact recently and realized its significance.
