Article Photos: Community Intervention Center offers life-changing lessons 3/7

A staff member studies a printout that lists, among other things, the number of youths admitted and the number of times they were admitted to CIC. The Community Intervention Center reports that fights and ditching among middle school and high school students increases in the spring semester. This facility is the first step in attempting to stave off juvenile delinquency; the center's staff has as one of its goals helping these troubled students get back on the right track. CIC also works as a prevention agency that allows OKCPD to drop off unruly students so they can get back to work. Photo taken at CIC on Wednesday, Feb. 7, 2013.
