Article Photos: Possible Medicaid rule change has Oklahoma mother worried

Joey Zeno sits in his wheel chair at his home on Monday, March 4, 2013, in Mustang, Okla. Joey has Cri du Chat syndrome which is a condition that is similar to autism, but requires around the clock medical supervision. Zeno's mother Ashley is a nurse as well as Joey's in home nurse. Recent proposals by The Oklahoma Health Care Authority want to eliminate the ability of family members serving as in-home nurses, and being reimbursed for the care they provide. For Zeno, this means she would need to find two dependable in-home nurses, and a job outside the home that would let her take off for the multiple doctor appointments Joey requires each week.
