Elizabeth Billingsley, a registered nurse, gives a vaccination to Lisa Manley, of Norman. The Oklahoma City-County Health Department and Blue Cross/Blue Shield Caring Van teamed up May 23 to give  free tetanus vaccinations in the atrium of the Moore-Norman Technology Center.
