The Sierra Club commissioned an analysis of how two Oklahoma Gas and Electric Co. coal plants would fare under new standards for sulfur dioxide emissions. The maps show higher levels of concentrations of sulfur dioxide than would be allowed under one-hour limits established by the Environmental Protection Agency in 2010. OG&E said air quality monitoring data shows its plants meet existing federal and state standards.
