Sales tax revenues are down more than 11 percent in Moore since the May 20 tornado. On Wednesday, July 10, 2013, Moore Mayor Glenn Lewis discusses the status of retailers who have recovered since the storm. Lewis says there are still more than 30 businesses that have yet to reopen.
