Oklahoma City police officer Adam Rogers fills out a police incident report during a Sept. 11 call in northeast Oklahoma City. During a patrol for about three hours the evening of Wed., Sept. 11, Rogers responded to a number of calls. Among the incidents that required police response were a call regarding an elderly man who had died, a 911 call regarding an assault with a deadly weapon, a report of men harassing women from a parking lot and a report of juveniles fighting in an apartment complex.
