Article Photos: Oklahoma's public health lab is 'crumbling from the inside out' 4/10

Daniel Edwards, a clinical lab scientist in the serology lab, working in the public health laboratory on Thursday, Jan. 16, 2014. The Oklahoma public health laboratory is located in the Oklahoma State Department of Health building in Oklahoma City. Public health officials say they are out of room to expand the lab and could lose lab accreditation if they aren't able to build a new lab soon. Losing accreditation would mean the lab's scientists could not perform thousands of tests for county health departments and hospitals across the state. Photo by Jim Beckel, The Oklahoman
