Harold T. Holden Kremlin artist Harold T. Holden has been capturing the West in sculptures and paintings for more than 40 years. While his work can be found in state Capitol and on a U.S. Postage Stamp, he also has completed 22 public works of art in Oklahoma, Texas, Kansas and Arkansas. He is a professional member of the National Sculpture Society; a 2001 recipient of the Oklahoma Governor’s Arts Award; and was recognized as a Distinguished Alumni by Oklahoma State University in 2005.
