Gas leak prompts brief school evacuation in Alex

Alex schools were briefly evacuated Friday morning because of a gas leak, KOCO.com reports.
Students were evacuated and the gas and electricity were turned off, police said.

Because the leak was near the prekindergarten building, it will remain closed for the rest of the day, according to KOCO.com.
