No injuries were reported. No evacuations were ordered.

The leak happened about 12:45 p.m. when a pickup hit a commercial meter at 6934 S Western Ave., said Don Sherry, Oklahoma Natural Gas spokesman.

Western Avenue from Interstate 240 to SW 59 was closed for about two hours.

The meter, which is connected to only one business, regulates pressure and usage, Sherry said. Services to other residential commercial accounts aren't affected.

Repairs to the meter should be completed this afternoon, Sherry said.
