Gas prices fall a little in Maine

PORTLAND, Maine (AP) — Averages gas prices in Maine have fallen a little over a penny a gallon from a week ago.

The average price of a gallon of gas in Maine Monday is $3.73 a gallon — up 10.3 cents from one month ago, according to gasbuddy.com.

The average price for a gallon of gas nationally is $3.64 a gallon — a decrease of 1.4 cents per gallon from last week.

Gas prices in Maine are 23.6 cents a gallon higher than they were one year ago.
