PROVIDENCE, R.I. (AP) — The price of a gallon of regular gas is holding steady in Rhode island.

AAA Southern New England says its weekly survey released on Monday finds prices are still $3.70 on average per gallon, unchanged from last week.

That's 3 cents more than the national average of $3.67 per gallon.

It's also 11 cents higher than at this time last year, when gas was averaging $3.59 per gallon.
