Gay N.Y. congressman marries partner of 22 years Published: June 22, 2014

The first openly gay congressman in New York is now a married man, USA Today reports.

Rep. Sean Patrick Maloney, a freshman Democrat running for a second term, and Randy Florke were married at the Church of St. Mary-in-the-Highlands in Cold Spring, N.Y., with their three children — ages 11 to 24 — by their side.
