Get App-y today will eke out one last bit of Christmas cheer by offering a sampling of holiday mobile applications you can download onto your Apple devices, whether they're new or old.

The one released this month, “Christmas Stories: Nutcracker Collector's Edition HD” for your iPad, appears to be just as intriguing. It's free to download, but unlocking the full game will cost you $4.99. It tracks the story of the Nutcracker as you explore the world in search of the evil Rat King and Mary, the princess he's kidnapped.
