NEW YORK (AP) — Jake Peavy of the San Francisco Giants is pitching a perfect game against the New York Mets through six innings.

Peavy has thrown 67 pitches Saturday at Citi Field. The game is scoreless, and Mets rookie pitcher Jacob deGrom didn't give up a hit until there were two outs in the seventh.

Peavy got help from replay in preserving his bid for perfection. In the third inning, deGrom appeared to beat out an infield single to shortstop. But the call was overturned when manager Bruce Bochy asked for a review.
