Girl, 14, injured by school elevator in 2011 is missing in Oklahoma City

A girl who was reportedly injured by a school elevator in Oklahoma City is missing. Ambriana Tygard, 14, has been missing in Oklahoma City since Friday.

One of three girls reportedly trapped under an elevator in an Oklahoma City school in 2011 has been reported missing.

Ambriana Tygard, 14, has been missing since Friday.

Her father, Stephan Blevins, said Tuesday he thinks she has run away from home. Blevins said he has reported her missing to Oklahoma City police.

Ambriana Tygard was injured at Classen School of Advanced Studies in November 2011. A lawsuit against the Oklahoma City Schools district was reported to have been settled with her family in July for $50,000.

Ambriana Tygard is described as about 5 feet 2 inches tall and weighs about 100 pounds with blond hair and blue eyes. Her father said he does not know why she ran away from home, but said his daughter has been having a hard time recently with grief over her mother's death.
