Girls basketball roundup: PC West earns big win
It had been four years since Putnam City West last won a Metro Conference game, and the Patriots broke the streak against their biggest rival.
With a late layup from sophomore Cieara Roberts , PC West topped Putnam City, 38-36.
Roberts finished with 10 points, getting open for the game-winning layup after Putnam City missed four consecutive free throws in the final 20 seconds.
