EDMOND — The feeding and care of 360 animals is expensive.

"Medical costs alone run us about $100,000 a year,” said Ron Wingler, operations manager of Free To Live Sanctuary north of Edmond.

Donations are down this year for the no-kill animal sanctuary for stray, abandoned or abused animals.
