Prior to this month, only nine Oklahoma football players in the program's history had left school early to go to the NFL . They are:

•2007: Adrian Peterson, RB, Minnestoa, 1st round

•2005: Brodney Pool, S, Cleveland , 2nd

•2004: Tommie Harris, DT, Chicago , 1st

•2003: Jimmy Wilkerson, DE, Kansas City , 6th

•2002: Roy Williams, S, Dallas , 1st

•1999: DeM...
