Celebrity stylist Rachel Zoe’s new reality series — “The Rachel Zoe Project” – airs Tuesdays on Bravo, and if you love fashion, celebrities and designers, tune in. Follow Zoe as she styles her fab clients through red carpet events and meets with the people who can help her expand her brand.
She hopes to introduce a collection of denim, jewelry and accessories. What better way to get even more name recognition than with a reality series? You can expect drama, conflicts and a few celebrities. Zoe, who loves vintage designer clothing, chatted with reporters recently on a conference call. Here’s what she had to say about: Low-end shopping: “I’m sort of obsessed with Topshop. I love Topshop. I think Topshop is amazing, and I think H&M is great. And I love what Target is doing with all the young designers. I think it’s fantastic. And I love the Gap. I think the Gap is amazing. I do. I love the Gap.” Expanding her brand: “My goal is to create a lifestyle brand. Something that there’s no limit to. Something that will go from belts and sunglasses to jewelry and clothes and fragrance and home.” Buying new clothes to wear on the show: “No, I didn’t. I mean, for me shopping is sort of a constant thing. I don’t think I’ve ever in the last 15 years with the exception of maybe down time in Paris during the collections where I say I’m setting out to shop today. I don’t really ever shop with intention, if that makes any sense. I’m never really looking for a specific thing. And Lord knows I have enough in my closet to probably wardrobe me for several seasons of television.”Toolbar sponsored by: David Stanley Ford
